Looking for Wings

We are almost unpacked! But relaxing and getting Reid into a routine is very important. So he don't fuss so much. Mom is ready for a short reprieve of organized reprieve before the transplant. My job is to bond more w/ him so he don't cry when Daddy holds him when moms needs a break. Bath time has been a success, he smiles the whole time through.

WE NEED WINGS! I have arrangements w/ Edwards Aviation in town for a flight to Seattle. They only have 2 charter planes that will work. They are more than willing & going the extra mile to help us get down, BUT if both there planes are gone when we get the call, there is little they could do. Children's Hospital in Seattle has told us that to be on the transplant list we need to be max 6 hrs away from when we get a call to go. We can't say, "well call you back & let you know". It's yes or no, or they will move to the next donor on the list. Organs are too important to all donors to be there too late for everyone. Only 2 flights commercial fly out of Seattle a day from Kalispel. Too hope to get their in 6 hrs from when the call comes in is unrealistic. So real firm arrangement have to be made for worst case, so the all around for sure answer is YES were on our way. To relocate & leave the business & job I hope is not the answer. We have funds to pay for the flight, we just need the committed wings.

Of course I have still lists of people to contact, & am confident I will find that back up plan to the back up plan. This is way to important to hope, we need to be sure, for Reids sake. Soo.... if anyone can offer a wing, call me at 406-261-9203. We will defiantly have to fly from Kalipel. We are less than 1/2 hr away from the airport, so a private flight gets us to one of Seattle's smaller airport (closer to the hospital) or the main air port w/ hopefully time to spare.

Thank you everyone for your help & support,
Dad
